Verdeco Plastics Inc in Channahon, IL is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Representative to join our company. This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is tremendous growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity and long-term growth.
Job Summary: The right candidate is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and closing plastics recycling services contracts. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, networking, preparing proposals and quotes, and being a part of the entire sales process. You can develop your own areas of market focus and lead generation mix but setting appointments via phone is essential.
Responsibilities:
· Plans and organizes their day to be most productive including proposal creation, making presentations, and cold calling
· Relationship building with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation
· Aggressively identify qualified opportunities
· Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
· Generate business and meet quota with prospecting activity and sales goals
· Maintain records of key business intelligence with key influencers and decision-makers.
Requirements:

· Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls to actual sales activities with a proven record in lead generation and finding new sales prospects – High Call Volume to start
· Must be driven to build a book of business and leverage all methods of generating leads
(networking, speaking associations, etc.)
· Adept in developing and maintaining business relationships with all leadership positions
· Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Internet required
· Familiar with plastics sales a plus.

General Warehouse Worker – Warehouse
We are hiring General Workers(1st shift) to join our team! This is an opportunity for you to learn a new skill and get paid while you train. We provide a stable work hour and 3 days weekends. You will have the opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities

Machine Operator for Plastic Extrusion Lines
Verdeco Plastics a Plastic Manufacturer is in search of Machine Operators for Plastic Extrusion Line. Previous machine operation required. Plastic experience a plus.
Job Summary: Operate film extrusion line and ancillary equipment, producing manufactured repro pellets at accepted quality standards and productivity levels. Detail orientated, quality control experience. Responsible for coordination of work order start-ups and production changeovers. Track production performance factors such as raw material usage, rejects, scrap rate and down time. Train, instruct, and guide other employees in the proper operation of equipment and performance of job duties to ensure good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures are followed. Day and Night Shifts Available

Responsibilities

· Must perform detailed and accurate record-keeping for daily production and machine maintenance.

· Start up and shut down an extrusion line. Tear down and properly clean equipment and prepare it for the next run
· Prepare production reports and maintain records of machine settings.
· Demonstrated ability to make die changes.
· Davis-Standard or EREMA operation experience is a plus.
· Troubleshoot equipment and make minor mechanical repairs.
· Participate in continuous improvement of operation
· Ability to stand for a minimum of 10 hours daily.
· Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
